Before I could even get someone on the phone she had found the mistake and had my room keys prepared. She worked diligently to locate the error as I called the number for. Thankfully I had a printed copy of my confirmation email and the staff member reassured me that she would guarantee my family would taken care of. Due to an error by when they forwarded my reservation to the hotel, my reservation was not showing in their system. I was greeted right when I walked through the door by one of the most friendly staff members that has ever been behind a check-in desk. It has a fitness center and free Wi-Fi in public areas.
